I. Which items are eligible for return?

 

Attention! According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 “On the implementation” and certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) has been approved. Printed materials are among the goods that are not subject to exchange or return.

 

II. How to return an item?

If the item ordered on freekidsbooks.store does not suit you for any reason (and meets the return conditions stated in Section I), you may return it within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

To process a return, you need to:

  1. Fill out and send the return request to the email: freekidsbooks.eu@gmail.com.

  2. Prepare the return package, which must include:

    a. the item

    b. the purchase invoice

  3. Send the return using any convenient shipping method (possible options listed below).

  4. Wait for an SMS notification confirming the return has been received at the warehouse.

  5. The refund will be issued within 5 days from the moment the returned item is accepted.

III. Available return shipping methods

  1. Shipping cost according to Ukrposhta rates.

  2. When sending the return, specify the recipient:

    Danylchuk Oleksandr Vladyslavovych, 49024, Dnipro, 45 Universytalna St.

  3. Once the return arrives at the freekidsbooks.store warehouse, you will receive an SMS confirming the item has been accepted.

Please note: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or with delivery costs charged to the recipient! In this case, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Important! When shipping the return, please indicate the correct declared value of the item (it must match the value listed in your order).

  1. Shipping cost according to Nova Poshta rates.

  2. When sending the return, specify:

    Recipient – Danylchuk Oleksandr Vladyslavovych, 49024, Dnipro, 45 Universytalna St., phone (097) 809-35 24

  3. Once the return arrives at the freekidsbooks.store warehouse, you will receive an SMS confirming the item has been accepted.

Important! If recipient data is provided incorrectly, we cannot guarantee successful delivery to our warehouse.

Note: Returns of items in proper condition are only accepted if the item retains its consumer properties and original appearance (no signs of use, original and undamaged packaging and labels must be intact).

IV. Conditions for free return (at our expense)

Items with defects or incorrectly completed orders (items you did not order) must be returned to us with original labels and in original packaging.

In case of returning defective goods, we cover the return shipping costs. To do this, you must attach the shipping receipt to the completed return request form.

If the returned item was prepaid, the refund will be issued to the same card used for payment.

Please note: if the item you send back is not eligible for return, we will be forced to send it back to you at your expense.
